Photon eFlux LLC (Photon eFlux), a Small Business (SB) Joint Venture (JV) formed pursuant to the Small Business Administration’s (SBA) Mentor-Protégé Program, consists of member companies Torch Technologies, Inc. (Torch; Mentor) and Crossflow Technologies, Inc. (Crossflow; Protégé). As a Mentor-Protégé JV, Photon eFlux formally maintains SB status while inheriting the past performance and capabilities of both member companies.
Crossflow and Torch have created a series of Joint Ventures with each one being aligned toward a specific contract vehicle, market, or customer.
Photon eFlux is a General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contractor. Our GSA MAS schedule is dedicated to the Expedited Professional and Engineering Support Services (EXPRESS) contract vehicle.
The GSA MAS establishes a long-term Government-wide contracts with commercial firms to provide government buyers with access to a wide variety of commercial supplies, services, and solutions.
