Photon pFlux LLC (Photon pFlux), a Small Business (SB) Joint Venture (JV) formed pursuant to the Small Business Administration’s (SBA) Mentor-Protégé Program, consists of member companies Torch Technologies, Inc. (Torch; Mentor) and Crossflow Technologies, Inc. (Crossflow; Protégé). As a Mentor-Protégé JV, Photon pFlux formally maintains SB status while inheriting the past performance and capabilities of both member companies.
Crossflow and Torch have created a series of Joint Ventures with each one being aligned toward a specific contract vehicle, market, or customer.
Photon pFlux has submitted a proposal as a prospective Prime Contractor for the MDA Scalable Homeland Innovative Enterprise Layered Defense (SHIELD) IDIQ contract. This IDIQ will support national defense objectives by ensuring continuous, layered protection against air, missile, space, cyber, and hybrid threats originating from any vector – land, sea, air, space, or cyberspace.
